RHEES IS TWO!! It is probably hard for most of you to believe, since we haven't posted anything new in a very long time. I think Rhees's fans are ready for an update. Rhees an energetic, noisy, sweet, loving, funny, adorable toddler. He is learning to say so many words, however, mom and dad aren't always so great at interpreting. He is beginning to figure out how to put two words together to let us know what he wants. Rhees is developing his own personality and his own likes and dislikes. Some of which include the following:
Rhees's likes:
DINOSAURS!!! (actually his love of dinosaurs boarders on an unhealthy obsession)
cars
money (but you can keep the pennies, he wants quarters)
blowing bubbles
baths (or just water)
the park (or just being outside)
chasing and roaring at ducks like a dinosaur
Rhees's dislikes:
eating
shopping
having his diaper changed
vacuum cleaners and lawn mowers
having messy hands
To celebrate his two years of life we went to the Dinosaur Park. Mostly you just walk around the park and look at life size models of dinosaurs. First we visited and hugged all the dinosaurs that Rhees loves. Currently, Rhees's favorite dinosaurs are Sara and Spike.

Din-o-mite!
Normally, Rhees doesn't get scared by the "Sharp Tooth" dinosaurs, but he does a great job pretending while watching Land Before Time. However, it's a totally different situation when you are standing right in front of a life size Sharp Tooth! Rhees was happy to look from a distance, but he didn't like it if you tried to make him get close. Then Daddy showed him how to scare those dinosaurs and he felt a little braver. He even managed to shake hands with a T-Rex skeleton.
