We did it! We had our baby! I was induced on Tuesday (March 10th) morning and 7 hours later we had a heathy, screaming baby boy! Parker David Marchant weighed 7 lbs 9 oz and was 20 inches long. So far he is a super mellow baby and only cries when you mess with him. I believe that Rhees is adjusting well and though Parker has stolen some of his attention, he wants to keep him around. Rhees has shown some concern that Parker will not talk to him, but we have been able to convince him that it is because he's too little, not because Parker doesn't like him. Rhees is wonderful about being soft with Parker and loves to pet his head. I believe this is the beginning of a beautiful relationship between two brothers.
